Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to drain the existing cooling towers and sand blast the entire grid to remove the rust from beams. Weld new steel channels of the four outside existing steel beams. After completion, repaint the entire grid systems with one coat of oil base primer and two coats of oil base aluminum pigment paint. The term of the contract is 85 calendar days after the contractor receive Notice to Proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1799 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
