The contractor shall provide and maintain an effective quality control program. This will be a firm fixed-price, Lump Sum type contract. Ordering period is 30 days from date of contract award. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years, not to exceed $ 7.0 million dollars.
