M -- NATIONAL PARK SERVICE NEGOTIATION OF CONCESSIONS PERMIT WITH YORKTOWN SHOPPE OPERATION IN ''BURCHER COTTAGE'' POC Laura Etheridge, 804-898-3400, Contract Specialist, N/A, Contracting Officer Public Notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to negotiate a concessions permit with the Yorktown Shoppe authorizing continued operation of gift facilities & Services at COLO for 4 years, 6 months, not to exceed 5 yrs. Incumbent concessioner has performed its obligations to the satisfaction of the secretary under existing permit which has expired by limitation of time. Pursuant to provisions of Section 5 of the Act of October 9,1965, concessioner is entitled to preference in the renewal of permit and negotia- tion of new permit per 36 CFR 51.5. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. All proposals, including that of concessioner, must be postmarked or hand-deliveredon or beforeAugust 04, 1995 to be considered and evaluated.
