The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington (FISCNORDETWASH) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with the MTS Systems Corporation for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Detachment (PESO) to procure one (1) set of Servo/Hydraulic Interface Components for Universal Test Machines. This set includes a hydraulic power units, a set of casters, hydraulic service manifold, a pressure return hose, drain hoses, controller with rack mount, optional dc conditioner for interface, micro console controller, 600 KIP load frame hydraulic actuator, 550 KIP Force transducer. These components are to be interfaced with existing MTS Systems Corp. equipment. The required delivery schedule is approximately 120 days after contract award. FOB destination is required to Carderock, MD. The proposed contract type is firm fixed price. A Justification and Approval (J&A) has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit complete cost and technical packages to support their individual challenge to the J&A to the Customer Service Center previously stated in line 11.
