The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for Chemical Analytical Services for the analysis of hazardous waste field samples for low concentration organics analyses in aqueous samples using GC/MS and GC/EC techniques. Contractors will be required to utilize approved analytical methods, to follow quality control procedures, and to prepare and submit data within 14 days in accordance with a defined format. This procurement is anticipated to result in the award of a minimum of one (1) bid lot and maximum of ten (10) bid lots. There will be a base period of one year and three option periods of one year. Each period of performance will have a maximum of 900 samples analyses with associated data packages and deliverables. This procurement contains a qualification requirement to analyze Performance Evaluation (PE) samples within a 21 day turnaround period. Bidders will be notified of their acceptability or non-acceptability within 45 days after submission of PE data for evaluation and awards will follow.
