Blickensderfer (918) 832-8285. Multi-Disciplinary Architectural
Engineering Services are required for design of various construction
and maintenance and repair projects for the Oklahoma Air National Guard
Base, Tulsa, OK. Work to be performed will include Professional
Architect Engineer Design and optional inspection services to provide
complete contractor bid and constructed projects. Includes the use of
statements of work, user interviews, and BCE directives for the
production of complete designs, plans, drawings, estimates,
specifications, and other contract documents as required to bid and
execute construction and the conduct of fact finding studies, meetings,
surveys, and investigations in support of design activities. The
Government will reserve an option to negotiate construction inspection
services. In-house AutoCad or a system that may be translated into
AutoCad version 12 is required and specifications must be on a PC
compatible computer word processing program that may be translated into
Microsoft Word 6.0. The performance period of the contract will be for
one (1) year. The proposed contract includes a one (1) year Government
option or the same basic professional skills. The total A-E fee that
may be paid under this contract will not exceed $200,000.00 with
individual delivery orders NTE $75,000.00. A minimum fee of $5,000.00
will be guaranteed against this contract. Estimated start date is
August 1995. Interested Architect-Engineer firms are invited to submit
completed Standard Forms 254 and 255 to the office shown above by 4:00
p.m., CST 13 July 1995, to be considered. Significant evaluation
criteria and the relative order of importance to the government are as
follows: (1) Professional Qualifications; (2) Specialized Experience
and Technical Competence; (3) Capacity to Accomplish Work in the
Required Time; (4) Past Performance; (5) Location; and Volume of Work
