Provide engineering and support service for all Microsoft products for the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Office Automation (OA) Local Area Network (LAN). This includes Desktop applications Windows environment, LAN Manager, Windows New Technology Advanced Server (NTAS), Systems Management Server (SMS), Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, MS Mail, Enterprise Messaging System, and Gateway Product Support. The required services shall be provided by phone, electronic mail, and postal mail. The contractor shall be capable of handling calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. USSTRATCOM projects require access to Microsoft proprietary data, such as, encryption algorithms, source code, data formats, and design documents. USSTRATCOM needs to interface daily with Microsoft's engineers who designed the fundamental products that form the basis for USSTRATCOM's requirements. Service will be limited to 150 base calls, plus 100 additional. The period of performance is 1 Oct 95, or date of award, to 30 Sep 96.
