This requirement is for on-site nonpersonal services for maintenance, calibration, repair fabrication, installation, modification, design, overhaul, operation and checkout of instrumentation, instrumentation/control systems, controls, equipment and special devices belonging to or being maintained by the Aero Propulsion and Power Directorate (APPD). This requirement encompasses the above systems, equipment and special devices include but are not limited to the following types of equipment: electronic, communications, electro-mechanical, electro-pneumatic, audio-visual, electro-optical and metrological. Work must be accomplished on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis, and maintenance, calibration and inventory records must be maintained. Sources having the capabilities and experience in the above areas are invited to submit a descriptive capability package not later than 15 Jun 95.
