Furnish all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and expertise as necessary to provide and install complete and fully operational audio and audio control systems in the U.S. District Court in Missoula, Montana. The work includes but is not limited to field verifications of installed equipment, supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound equipment, preparation of an operations and maintenance manual, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall be able to respond on-site within 24 hours of a service call during warranty period. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to original manufacture specifications. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of each offeror's ability to satisfy the requirements of the solicitation as set forth under Section M, Evaluation Factors. This is a request for proposals, the contract will be firm-fixed price. Bid, Payment and Performance bonds are required.
