The USDA-ARS-Miwest Area has a requirement for Fetal Bovine Serum at the National Animal Disease Center, Ames, Iowa. Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the Fetal Bovine Serum. The fetal bovine serum required must have absolutely no isolation of BVD Virus and be absolutely free of the following: Titer of Bovine Viral Diarrhea (BVD) Antibody; Titer of Parainfluenza Tupe 3 (PI-3) Antibody; Titer of Infectious Bovine Rhinotrachitis (IBR) Antibody; and Specific Diseases.
