Construct new reinforced concrete sheet walls and foundations adjacent to existing masonry walls. Remove existing partitions, install new metal stud walls and fire rated doors. Remove and reinstall, or protect in place, electrical lights, outlets, switches, fire pull stations, etc., and associated wiring. Additive item 1: install new structural steel braces in the roof framing of the high bay area. Additive item 2: install new structural steel angle ties between existing concrete tilt-up walls and the second floor concrete slab. THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF $35.00 FOR EACH SET OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Make check payable to: DMJM, Inc.
