This project involves all the labor, material, equipment, tools, travel, and performance of all operations required to meet the requirements of a sitework and paving indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract at Hanscom AFB MA, New Boston AFS NH, Cape Cod AFS MA, Sagamore Hill Electronic Research Center MA, Fourth Cliff Recreational Annex MA, and Ipswich Antenna Test Facility MA, in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. The principal items of work include but are not necessarily limited to: bituminous paving, concrete foundation construction, waterline repair and construction, sanitary sewerage repair and construction, storm drainage line repair and construction, electric and communications conduit installation, fencing, miscellaneous landscaping, miscellaneous earthwork and miscellaneous sitework. Work is issued on a delivery order basis for the life of the contract. The basic contract extends for one year and will have two bid options. The minimum for the life of contract will be $150,000.00.
