Z -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR KNMD 93-1235A/B, MAINTAIN/REPAIR/UPGRADE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA, TMO/REPRO, BLDG 1113, HICKAM AFB HAWAII SOL F64605-95-B0022 POC H'STRELLA A. CROOM, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (808) 449-6860 Ext 306. The Air Force is seeking sources for this project which shall include but not be limited to renovating the TMO/SATO offices and ground level public rest room. Tasks include demolition work, masonry and concrete, miscellaneous metals, gypboard panels, flooring, doors and windows, tile, cabinetry, drapery, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical and fire alarm installation. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $500,000.00 and $1 million. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to (808) 449-7026.
