X 12 ft. enclosure for radar equipment. The new enclosure shall be cmu wall construction with precast roof planks, EPDM membrane, and rigid roof insulation. The work consists of installing a metal door and frame, and relocating an existing a/c unit and wall louver. The work also consists of the partial demolition of the existing enclosure to allow construction of the new enclosure. Estimated cost of the work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 070595 at a cost of $10.00 per set.
