Pending internal approval, the Naval Sea Systems Command intends to compete orders on multiple occasions for a two year period against Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-5629 with Diagnostic/Retrieval Systems, Inc., Technology Applications and Service Company (DRS), 200 Professional Drive Gaithersburg, MD 20879. The orders will be competed between Westinghouse Norden Systems, Inc. and DRS for the AN/SPS-67(V) and between Cardion Inc. and DRS for the AN/SPS-55 Radar. Orders will be issued for engineering services and support for installation, checkout, testing, or repair of any Field Change Kits and peripheral equipment associated with the AN/SPS-67 Radar. Orders will be competed pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). DRS possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
