The graphite shall have a mosaic spread of 0.4 +/- 0.1 degrees FWHm. The dimensions of each piece of graphite shall be 20 x 20 mm with a thickness of 2 +/- 1/2 mm. Delivery--FOB Destination, Gaithersburg, MD--shall be six (6) months from the date of the award of the contract. The Government anticipates an award of a firm, fixed price contract.
