The systems shall have quadrupole mass spectrometers capable of measuring any mass to charge ratio in the range of 1-250 AMU. The systems shall also be configured to measure up to sixteen gases simultaneously. The systems shall maintain vacuum for 30 days without power and shall not contain an internal roughing pump. The performance specifications shall be; Resolution: 1 AMU as measured by 10% of peak height, Sensitivity: (36 ppm, Accuracy: (250 ppm electrometer), all gases: +/-0.25% absolute from 0-20%, +/-0.50% absolute, from 20.1 to 100%, Stability: (250 ppm electrometer), breath-to -breath: +/-0.1% absolute, daily: +/-0.25% absolute, monthly: +/-0.75 absolute, Response time: (250 ppm electrometer) 90% rise time in less than 100msec, Lag time: (250 ppm electrometer) variable with flow rate and catheter length and diameter, and Inlet sample: flow rate adjustable from 10-250 ml/min. Delivery and system check out must be completed within 90 days of the date of contract award. The solicitation will be released via the NABB (NASA Acquisition Bulletin Board). All offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will be available upon request, however, the closing date is the same as that required for the NABB released solicitation.
