Lynn, 703/305-2250/Contracting Officer The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Consumer Service (FCS), intends to issue a competitive solicitation to monitor 59 school districts operating under the Commodity Letter of Credit (CLOC) alternative from October 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996. This solicitation will provide for the implementation and monitoring of all procedures associated with CLOC operations for the remainder of the 1995-1996 school year. All tasks will be completed by September 30, 1996. The estimated level of effort is 1.0 - 1.5 person years over a period of 9 calendar months. Four optional years of performance are expected to be included in the RFP.
