For additional information contact Contracting Officer, Miley Sutherland, (406) 329-3530 The USDA, Northern Region, intends to acquire Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service for approximately 4,725 employees of the Regional Office, Missoula Technology & Development Center, and 13 National Forests. Geographic area covered is the Montana, Northern Idaho, SW North Dakota, and NW South Dakota. Contractor shall provide EAP services to employees and immediate family members. EAP service shall include assessment, evaluation, and short-term counseling, for drug or alcohol abuse, marital/family problems, emotional problem, financial and legal problems. Contractor will make referrals for long-term counseling, or therapy, at employee's expense. Contractor's employees, agents, or subcontractors cannot perform long-term counseling or therapy. Contractor shall provide consultation to supervisors to aid in conflict resolution. Contractor shall provide annual orientation program to all employees and promotional materials. Firm, fixed-price contract for one year, with two one-year options. Contract period from October 1, 1995 to September 30, 1996. Request for Proposal (RFP) to be released on, or about, July 3, 1995.
