To provide a one year lease/service agreement (bids will be for base year and four option years) to the Federal Correctional Institution at Oxford, Wisconsin. Agreement to include one forty yard container with compactor to located on the grounds of the Federal Correctional Institution and picked up weekly in accordance with an established schedule Compactor to include compartment with hinged door and lock clasp. Pick-up to include clean-up of waste spillage by contractor. Price is all inclusive at an estimated weight of 416 tons of waste per year. Also, provide a one year lease/service agreement to the Federal Prison Camp at Oxford, Wisconsin. To include two six or eight yard containers (with lids) to be located at the Federal Prison Camp. Cost to include annual lease (base year and four option years), pull charge and waste per ton charge, estimated at 150 tons per year.
