but is not limited to superintendency, plant, labor, equipment,
materials and incidentals for repairs of approximately 650,000 s.f. and
35,880 s.f. respectively, of aircraft parking aprons for the Montana
Air National Guard Facilities, IAP, Great Falls, Montana. Work will
consist of the following: mill existing P.C.C. and A.C.; tack coat;
place bituminous surface course; place rigid concrete pavement, remove
curb and gutter; sawcut asphalt, remove existing joint sealant, clean
and prepare joints; reseal existing cracks, seal new cracks, repair
existing patching, repair broken slab corners with new patching;
replace existing spall repair, repair new spalling; seal popouts,
sawcut concrete, demolition of concrete; excavation, placement of base
course gravel, slab replacement; sandblast existing paint striping,
and paint new striping. Estimated cost range of the project is between
$250,000 and $500,000. This project is being considered for 100% set
aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB
Concerns should notify the Contracting Officer in writing of their
intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as
possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this
notice. Provide evidence of capability to perform including references
for similar work with contract number, points of contact and telephone
numbers, and if appropriate a positive statement of eligibility as a
small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. In
addition, dollar amount of current construction bonding capability is
required. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received
to make a decision to issue this solicitation as set-aside for SDB or
as Unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this
notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as
from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status. The
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1611. The applicable
small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0
million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Bid
documents are available on or about June 30, 1995. Only written
requests for drawings and specifications, accompanied by a check in the
amount of $30.00, will be accepted. If this solicitation is issued as
restricted to SDB concerns, those concerns ineligible to bid will
receive refunds. Make check or money order payable to Accounting &
Finance Office (or A&FO), Malmstrom AFB, MT. Mail request to USPFO
Contracting Office, P.O. Box 1157, Helena, Montana 59624-1157. Bid
documents will be available for inspection without charge in the
Contracting Office and the Base Civil Engineer Office. The resultant
