The duration of the contract will initially be a 12-month period, with one option period for 12-months. Total contract period will be 24 months. The minimum contract amount for the initial 12-month period is $27,834.42 and the maximum amount for the same period is $1,391,721. If a large business firm is selected for this announcment, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the work it intends to subcontract. The Fort Worth District goals, on part of the work intended to be subcontracted, are that 60.3% be given to Small Business; of the 60.3%; 9.8% should be given to Small Disadvantaged Business and 2.9% should go to Woman Owned Small Business.
