The project consists of furnishing plant, material, labor, equipment, supplies and performing all operations relative to the Construction of an Open Storage Building - Base Supply, Project No. TMHK 92-0162 in strict accordance with specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The project consists of site demolition, site preparation, grading and drainage, fencing, foundation/slab paving, and a 9,600 square feet pre-engineered open-sided structure (80 feet x 120 feet) with electrical power service, grounding and lighting. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB). Interested SDB firms need to submit their interest no later than 30 Jun 95 and provide evidence of eligibility. If adequate interest is not received from SDB firms, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted, therefore, replies are requested from all business concerns.
