It is again corrected to read ''This solicitation has been set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business, SDB.'' Interested SDBs should notify this office of their intention to bid as early as possible. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capability to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience and financial status should be submitted with references.
