Z -- ASBESTOS ABATEMENT FOR VARIOUS LOCATIONS SOL 95-151 DUE 080895 POC Contact Pegg Todt at (404)842-6553 Provide all labor, materials and equipment for asbestos abatement at various locations for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Atlanta, GA. Scope of work includes removal of asbestos containing materials, repair, and reinsulation of mechanical components and pipes with non-asbestos materials, and other appurtenant work at CDC facilities located in Atlanta, Chamblee, Tucker, and Lawrenceville, Georgia. The proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract for one base year with a not to exceed one option year. Successful contractor must have a record of not less than three years successful experience in asbestos removal and related work similar in scope and magnitude to this Project. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation (IFB) 95-151 will be available on or about July 6, 1995, for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per bid set.
