The subscription shall include Federal Personnel Manuals (PCN CD2 PERSONNET) at quantity eight (8); Federal Personnel Manuals with Qualifications (PCN CDY PERSONNET) at quantity one (1); Merit Systems Protection Board (PCN CD3 PERSONNET) at quantity eight (8); Federal Labor Relations Authority (PCN VD4 PERSONNET) at quantity seven (7); Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (PCN CD5 PERSONNET) at quantity eight (8); Comptroller General Civilian Personnel (PCN CD6 PERSONNET) at quantity seven (7); Classification/Qualification Standards (PCN CD7 PERSONNET) at quantity seven (7); Travel Regulation (PCN CD8 PERSONNET) at quantity seven (7); Federal Personnel Manuals Department/Agency Supplement without Department of Labor (PCN CDZ) at quantity seven (7) and PERSONNET Software 5-1/4 (PCN CDF) at quantity nine (9).
