In general, the work will consist an approximate 1722 square feet (SF) addition which includes an office area, breakroom, locker area, and mechanical room. The addition will match existing construction. The construction shall consist of wood framing and wood trusses. The exterior finishes shall consist of a metal roof and vinyl siding. The interior renovation shall consist of demolition of walls, doors, flooring, ceiling, lighting, electrical, and mechanical. The project will entail phasing, and the building shall be occupied at all times. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
