Purchase of an electronic computer driven router with a minimum of 4' X 4' or maximum 4' X 6' machining area. Vacuum hold down, variable speed spindles, pneumatic drill attachment, computer driven controller with a monochrome CRT. The System must be AUTOCAD compatible. AUTOCAD was developed by Autodesk in San Rafael, California. The requirement also includes on-site training and installation. There are also security requirements that must be adhered to: only U.S. citizens will be authorized access to government facilities in the performance of this contract. The contractor shall also provide a visit request on company letterhead which specified the personnel coming to the government facility are employees of the company on official business and are U.S. citizens. The visit request will include full name(s), date(s) of birth, place(s) of birth, and Social Security number(s) for each individual requiring access as well as the date(s) of the visit(s), and government point(s) of contact. All contractor employees will be escorted at all times by a government representative. All interested parties must submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation within 15 calendar days of this notification. The request should be written on company letter head, the title of the requirement as well as the solicitation number and contracting office's name, address/code and point of contact must be included.
