D-ADP Technical Services for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement for Bachman Technical Services with Bachman Information Systems, Inc. of 8 New England Executive Park, Burlington, MA 01803. This effort will involve developing requirements in the Bachman toolset and generating code based on the information entered into the Bachman toolset. FMS will acquire from Bachman specific knowledge about how to use the full capabilities of generating code using the Bachman toolset. These ADP services will be acquired to provide technical support in the design, development and implementation of the FMS IR CASE Prototype Effort. Bachman will provide technical support and guidance to completely and accurately define the requirement in the Bachman/Analyst software and generate executable database data definition language and executable source code. Vendors who believe they can fulfill this requirement must submit a capability statement. This statement shall outline how they intend on meeting the requirement. Vendors not submitting this information or merely requesting a copy of the RFP will be considered nonresponsive. Copies of the RFP will not be furnished to firm who have not submitted technical capability statements. No telephone requests will be honored.
