D -- INTERNATIONAL DIRECT DISTANCE DIALING (ID3) SOL KEL-TJ-94-0004 POC Nancy Dunn, Contract Specialist, 202-273-3441, or Robert Sudhoff, Contracting Officer, 202-501-3422 The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a solicitation to provide outbound International Direct Distance Dailing service to GSA consolidated switchboards as well as other agencies in the United States. The resulting contract will be a non-mandatory use contract; i.e., the use of this contract will be at an agency's discretion. Some of the services contemplated include: accessing Government locations, installation, testing, operating, maintaining services and direct ordering and billing. The contract will consist of a two year base period with five one year options. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about July __, 1995. Request for the RFP shall be in writing.
