PROJECTS ASSIGNED TO THE FORT WORTH DISTRICT SOL DACA63-95-R-0069 DUE

Contracting Officer, 817/885-7471. Contractor shall provide
Environmental Support Services for Various United States Government
Military Facilities and Civil Works Projects Identified by the Fort
Worth District. Multi-discipline services are required for performing
or developing plans for investigations, studies, assessments, surveys,
sampling, monitoring, or data management meeting regulatory
requirements. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract for
a base period plus up to four option periods. The maximum amount that
can be obligated during either the base contract period of any of the
option period is $5,000,000.00. Work under this contract may occur
anywhere in the continental United States. However, the bulk of the
work is anticipated to be performed in Texas, Louisiana, and New
Mexico. Anticipated evaluation factors will be management ability,
experience, and price. There will be a $10.00 charge for the
solicitation package. Check should be made payable to: Finance and
Accounting Officer USAED FTW. Solicitation will be issued on or about
10 July 1995 with bid opening on or about 9 August 1995. This
procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1. All
responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by
the agency. No express mail procedures will be utilized on initial
