Provide on site services in the field of Aerobic Instructor at the Federal Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. This is considered a contractual agreement and not a personnel appointment. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is July 15, 1995. The contractor shall provide on a non-discriminatory basis, services for providing aerobic instructions, to include, but not limited to, aerobic exercise, exercise physiology, and weight training. Teach basic and advanced aerobic classes. Be responsible for developing lesson plans, analyzing, and reviewing progress of classes. Monitor inmate class attendance and progress reports for inmates enrolled in the classes. Maintain enrollment and completion records for inmates involved in the program. Be able to work with different educational and socio-economic levels of inmates. Be able to work with staff from other institutional departments. Be responsible for writing the aerobics curriculum. Services will consist of the following schedule: two sessions per week, a session being defined as four (4) hours in length. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This requirement is NOT set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 7999.
