The work will include the following: Design/Build of Military Family Housing on approximately thirty-three (33) acres of Government-Owned land at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The selected Contractor will furnish complete Design and Construction Services for infrastructure and sixteen (16) single Family Housing Units. Infrastructure work includes municipal well and storage tank, water lines, electrical service, storm drainage, grading, pavement and curbing, clearing and grubbing, and landscaping. Family Houing Units will be a mix of three and four bedroom homes and shall have wood deck/patio, attached garage, exterior storage, garbage storage, a/c units, propane gas fired furnace with storage tank, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposer, water heater, and smoke detectors. Estimated value for both the design and construction of this project is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. Construction will be completed within 420 calendar days from notice to proceed. Proposal sets will be available o/a 3 July 1995. Requests for proposal sets will be furnished upon written request by no later than 14 days prior to scheduled receipt of proposals. After such time, solicitation packages will be furnished if supply is available. The number is solicitation sets is limited to one (1) per firm.
