The Project consists of the complete removal and replacement of the existing boilers, components, insulation, and all accessories bounded by connections to heating system supply and return piping; chinmey connection; makeup water connection; fuel gas supply piping; and control wiring; plus installation of concrete pad under boiler; asbestos abatement, where necessary; and any patching caulking and sealing. This is a two year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The guaranteed contract minimum will be $50,000.00 for the life of the contract and the maximum will be $1,200,000.00 for the life of the contract.
