Ajudication requires approximately 97,000 files (12 x 9 1/2 tri-folder) converted from top numerical labeling to side tab labeling. Color coding is required with possible bar coding application. Loan Guarantee requires approximately 45,000 files(9 1/2 x 15 legal size file folders) converted from top of back flap horizontal numerical labeling system to a right side of back flap vertial color coded numerical labeling system. RFP-Solicitation package issue date is July 6, 1995. This solicitation is open to small and large business. All requests must be in writing on company letter head with point of contact. No telephone requests will be honored. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Monday July 24, 1995 at the VA Regional Office, 44 Union Blvd., Training Room 512A, Lakewood, CO at 2:00pm Mountain time.
