C -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT (IDT) FOR DRAFTING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR CIVIL WORKS (FLOOD CONTROL) PROJECTS FOR THE ALBUQUERQUE DISTRICT SOL DACW47-95-R-0031 DUE 080795 POC Contract Specialist Linda J. Anderson (505) 766-2680 (Site Code DACA47) One Indefinite Delivery Contract for CAD Drafting and Civil Engineering Technician Services will be awarded to assist larger in-house engineering efforts on civil works (flood control) projects for which the Albuquerque District Corps of Engineers is responsible. The work will primarily include: layout and plan presentation; development of major grading and excavation plans, profiles, sections and associated details; creating CAD drawing files; development of CAD drawings on photobase mylar; and calculation of material quantities. These items will be developed from engineering data provided by the government during various stages of in-house project design. In addition, site visits and field technician services will be required. The work will not require the contractor to provide any professional engineering or surveying services as defined by the State of New Mexico's ''Engineering and Surveying Practice Act''. The contractor will not be subject to A-E Liability contract clauses in the performance of this work. The contractor must be experienced in working with Microstation 3-D Environment, Intergraph Inroads/Inxpress design applications and digital terrain models (DTM). Contract award will be based on evaluation of the responding firms' technical qualifications, location and price that is considered to be the most advantageous to the government.
