Some materials are to be furnished by the Government and will require shipping from Anchorage, AK to St. Mary's, AK. Other required materialsto be supplied by the contractor. Magnitude of construction $25,000 - $100,000.Solicitation No. DTFA04-95-B-10010 will be issued on or about July 10, 1995. The acquisition is being solicited in compliance with P.L. 100-656, ''The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Title VII of the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988.'' The solicitation is open to large and small business concerns. A Bid Guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price is required to be submitted with bids. Performance bond amount shall be 100 percent of the contract price. Payment bond amount shall be 50 percent of the contract price. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
