Work includes demolition, general construction, grading, site improvements, landscape, irrigation, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, fire protection systems, elevator systems, pneumatic system, and all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work described in the construction documents. Completion time for the project is 390 calendar days. Estimated cost range is $1 million to $3 million.
