Giles, 318/531-2353 Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work necessary for site preparation, and construction of pre- engineered metal storage buildings. Work includes providing utilities, foundation and building components, insulation, sprinkler systems, restrooms and offices, borrow material, surface aggregate, top soil, St. Augustine sod, soil sampling, topographic surveys, excavation, lime stabilization, soil cement stabilization, overhead coiling doors, fencing and gates, haul spread and compact Government owned rip-rap, chip and grub and dispose of stump, tree felling, demolition and removal existing portland cement and concrete pavement, cut and cap water and gas lines, remove existing underground water lines, and chlorine sanitizing. A requirements type contract for a 12-month base period from 1 Sep 95 through 31 Aug 96, with two additional 12-month option periods will be established. The estimated quantity is 10 buildings for the base period, and 10 for each additional option period.
