This is a pre-solicitation notice to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to expand an existing corrugated steel arch quonset building and to construct a second quonset building. The nominal dimensions of the existing building are 51 feet wide by 100 feet long. The building is to be expanded by removal of the existing end walls and splicing compatible galvanized steel arch panels to the existing building for a length of 100 feet (nominal). The existing end walls and appurtenances will be salvaged and replaced at the end of the expansion sections. The expansion includes all site work, demolition, excavation, forming and placing all concrete, painting, and all electrical and lighting work. The nominal dimensions of the second quonset building are 51 feet wide by 240 feet long. The work of the second building includes all site work, excavation, forming and placing all concrete, and all electrical and lighting work. The project is located at the National Elk Refuge, located northeast of Jackson, Wyoming. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 10, 1995.
