The new work includes installation of a structural platform on the building roof, installation of the air-cooled chiller unit, along with pumps and piping to connect to the existing chillers. Anticipated completion date is 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000.
