The contractor shall be responsible for the graveling and chip sealing of roads and parking lots, construction of mortar/stone fences, construction and installation of wooden gates, construction of 5 premanufactured toilets, construction of a concrete low water crossing, the installation of picnic area elements such as grills, tables, and trash receptacles, construction of a pavilion, construction of a chlorination building, laying of approximately 1200 feet of water lines, construction of volleyball and horseshoe courts, construction of paved pathways, the retrofitting of a well-water pump, the laying of secondary electrical cable, and to provide proper signage throughout the picnic area.
