The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-93-G-6263 with Technology Application and Service Company (TASC), 5721 Thurston Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. Orders will be issued for modification of and Engineering Change Kits for AN/SQR-17/17A sonar systems, AN/SQQ-T1A On-Board Trainer, and AN/ARR-75 Cabinet/Power Converter. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). TASC is the sole producer of these systems and is the only company with the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
