(4) above as chief engineer or engineering supervisor; and C) in the
case of engineering supervisor, is qualified to supervise designated
Construction work; 6) firms not related by capital or personnel to the
contractors involved in this project; 7) firms not currently suspended
from designation by the Director of the Second District Port
Construction Bureau; and 8) firms not undergoing bankruptcy procedures.
