is not limited to the following: 1) Clearing vegetation from a one
three acre site presently used as farmland. 2) Construction of Two
gravel plots, one 1300 square feet, and one 650 square feet, and four
110 square foot gravel plots. Construction of 10' wide access road from
the existing taxiway to the site, 200 feet concrete, 500 feet gravel.
3) Installation of one main antenna and four target antennas within the
plots. The antennas are GFM. Installation of RG-331 cable from the main
antenna to each of the target antennas. $) Installation of a 8' x 12'
fiberglass equipment building, including concrete pier foundation. 5)
Installation of one 23 foot tall, direct buried fiberglass pose with
one air terminal. This procurement is open to both large and small

This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation
(DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU),
has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and
payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80%
guaranty on the bond amount to surety against losses. Loans are also
available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
