The Environmental Protection Agency anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price construction contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services for a Contractor to completely separate the existing sewerage system into two separate systems. One system will handle the sanitary sewerage flow, and the other system will carry only the flow from the existing laboratory sinks, known as lab waste (LW) at the Ada, Oklahoma facility as specified in the specifications. The work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations governing this construction project. The work shall be performed by persons trained, knowledgeable, licensed and qualified in sewerage systems. The project is estimated in the $100,000 to $250,000 range. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be ready for issuance around the 30th of July with a due date around August 30, 1995. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard for a small business is average annual receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years of $7,000,000.00.
