The work consists of construction of a new Interpretive Center Complex, including interpretive displays, supporting facilities and site developments such as roads, parking, fencing, landscaping, utilities, trails, wayside exhibits, kiosks and pedestrian tunnel. Building constructon of the interpretive center space will consist of approximately 15,000 square feet, a maintenance/storage facility of approximately 2,600 square feet and an entry booth of approximately 210 square feet. Yaquina Head is located near Newport, Oregon on the Oregon coast. The estimated price is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A refundable deposit of $150 is required to accompany all requests for plans and specifications, which will be returned to prospective offerors promptly returning complete sets of plans and specifications furnished.
