The project involves installation of ethylene proplene diene monomer (EPDM) material expansion joints, clean and solder or replace lap joints, and clean and solder downspout connections. There are a total of 206 joints involved. Install aluminum, pre-painted white, metal fascia, soffits and facades at Building 129. Work to start at top of windows and pillars and to cover all wood to gutter. Remove all gutters and downspouts and replace with white aluminum of same size. Remove all associated trash from the VAMC.
