RILEY, KS SOL DAKF19-95-R-0010 DUE 081495 POC Contact Emily Kendall, Contract Specialist, or Naomi Sauceda, Contracting Officer, (913) 239-0470 (Site Code DAKF19) This is a notice of intent to contract sole source from CIRCON Corporation, Santa Barbara, CA, three ACMI Camera Systems consisting of the following components (each): Microdigital-III CS Mount System (NTSC) #MV-9902, Microdigital-III CS Mount Camera Head (NTSC) #MV-9906, and Microdigital-III Optical Coupler, 30mm #MV-9908. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE FOR ISSUE. Systems must have the abilities to boost light from the camera head and to take pictures from the camera head. There must be a replaceable cord and superior picture quality and accuracy;the systems must be user friendly. The connector end of the camera (plug-in end) should be a flat coated surface that does not require a cap to prevent wetting and corrosion. Systems must be totally submersible and be capable of being sterilized by STERIS method. The digital display must include gain status, white balance information, and printer functions. Company must provide set up and inservice training along with 4 operators manuals and 2 service manuals. WRITTEN RESPONSES INCLUDING PRICES AND DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THIS OFFICE WITHIN 15 CALENDAR DAYS OF THIS NOTICE. If such solicitation is issued, it will be mailed to the intended scheduled vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. A request for a solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response; however, if issuance of a solicitation is determined to be appropriate, you will be included on the bidders mailing list. Responses/requests must state that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors or otherwise.
