The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotes (SF18) for the supply of a Total Organic Carbon Analyzer with the required specifications; Display: Back-lit LCD screen, Analysis Time: 6 minutes, Sensitivity: 0.01 ppb, Range: 0.5 ppb to 50,000 ppb, Repeatability: TOC + 3% of TC value, Calibration: Typically stable for 12 months, Reagents: Prepackaged, 3-month supply, Outputs: 0-10V, 4-20mA, RS232, parallel printer port alarms, Ambient temperature: 50-104 degrees F (10-40 degrees C), Power 110V, 60 Hz, 50 watts, Weight: 30 lbs, (13.5 kg), Dimensions: 6'' H x 19.5'' W x 13.5'' D (16.5x50x34 cm). The entire analytical system (carbon analyzer, autosampler, data system, computer controller, and associated hardware and software) shall be compact and self contained to be portable. The analyzer shall have no external reagents or gas cylinders for operation. The ability to readily generate real time data. The carbon analyzer shall have a continuous flow system and can acquire instantaneous readings on a 5-10 second cycle, and this is capable of serving as a chromatographic detector. For the purpose of this solicitation small purchase procedures will be followed according to FAR Part 13. This procurement is a small business set aside and award will be made to the low responsive and responsible quoter on an all or non basis.
